GUYS, I FIGURED IT OUT Seriously, I figured out what the f--- is up with Jotaro's hair-hat, and am now hitting myself with how min d bogglingly simple it was No, it's not missing the back end. It's not part of his hair either. Here, let me explain. WAA ORAAAA! See that hat? Look a little closer. See it? There's just f------ hair on the back of the hat. That's right, folks - Jotaro literally just glued hair to the back of his hat so it would blend with his own when he wore it. Like so That's it. That's all there is to it.
