This is way cooler then it should be

I think [The Wall] ability should create gold bricks composed of the victim's fears and hatreds, even if these emotions are directed towards the user. It should be a special attack called [Another Brick in the Wall]. So the more you hate and fear Trump the stronger his stand becomes. These bricks then can be used to create impassible unbreakable barriers around whatever subject the user wants to wall off. But they also can be added to the Stand's form. Making it Gigantic and nearly indestructible.

So they only way to beat him is for somebody courageous and full of love to be immune to the brick or a stand that can control or affect emotions. But since these bricks would be created from more than just one victim this means you need to inspire fearlessness and love in the masses in order to cause the bricks to crumble.
