Oh, heck yeah, it did. Though, there might be some fillers here and there. Season One has some of the key episodes MINORLY explaining lore, and progressing the story.

But, Season 2… DAMN, Season 2! This… This season is just VERY JUICY. So much lore and story development. Definitely recommended to watch.
