Well my argument kinda stopped to the technicality of how the human forms of the dragon characters work, the fact that they could still manage to "look" like they have an age similar to the ones they are with doesn't change the fact that they will outlive them someday.
But anyway just to be sure i went back to check the explanation i was referencing and i was partly wrong:
Apparently their appearence is still influenced in some way by the fact that their physical attributes in dragon form would be considered "cute" or "sexy" even among dragons. So i wonder how much they could actually change their human appearence.
