I found the above image on the Gravity Falls Booru (link to homepage, as all other pages have NSFW ads; just go to any image page and replace the ID # in the URL with "51572"), but no original source. The image credits "Double Pines" (the discontinued "doublepines" Tumblr account owned by limey404) as well as "Kayaku" and "DrGF", neither of whom I can find or know about. I also used an explosion sprite from Metal Slug 3, the Black Tie from Club Penguin, and this picture of an air horn.
Caption-less version if anyone wants it (I didn't do the whole thing):
