I think this image is depicting the same character as this one (fair warning: please don't click on that link if you're a prude or in the company of prudes, clergymen, business superiors, and/or your parents; offense will likely be taken). Both pictures depict a female fox named Zero with black fur, golden-yellow eyes, wide hips, and large breasts, and a preference for yellow-colored clothing. I have no idea why the other image depicts her with white belly fur a lá Miles Tails Prower (and most other foxes in fiction, fan-art, and real life, for that matter), while this one doesn't.
