Whites make up 63.7% of the country, with the second largest ethnic group being Blacks at 12.2 %. Of course they're gonna be responsible for more shootings. It's the most mathematically probable outcome.

I think this is the issue with this whole thing.
It could reveal not only some uncomfortable notions about ourselves, but potentially criminal conduct regarding money.
