Its as if real estate is to expensive in New York. Like, there's too many rich people buying real estate then jacking up the price unreasonably high. And its as if people who abuse the real estate market in New York City don't give a shit about the repercussions of their actions. You know what would really suck, of someone like that were President of the United States. I mean, can you imagine what kind of tax plans that guy would inflict on the poor?

There are castles in Europe that cost less to buy and maintain than apartments in New York. Imagine having to pay more than a European castle and still have to hear your neighbors sex through the walls at night.
