Dragon Ball - Vegeta's New Form?

This is a super saiyan blue that has ascended the normal blue, or you could call it super sayian bluer.

I've seen some people think it might be the Mastered Blue form from the manga. The Body and Soul, Full-Power bits from the episode title kind of makes me think that too.

It'd be cool to see them use it, and give Vegeta his own thing instead of just following Goku like they usually do.
