This one's not a mermaid, due to actually having legs in a different picture.
Relatedly, putting on clothing with those claws would require a lot of finesse.

Reconsidered adding the picture I'd initially wanted to, due to it having mild cameltoe.
Unfortunate too, since the design is seriously badass.
