Who had this picture just laying around before object labeling happened? Who thought the world needed Hitler playfully feeding Kirby whipped cream, and more importantly, why?

Hitler liked dogs, and was a vegetarian, and was a painter. He had a lot of interests besides genocide. I think he may have liked Kirby, given the chance, and there's nothing at all wrong with that.
