The blursed image inspired fan art depicting various VTubers and anime characters soon after the image was posted to Twitter / X. The meme is similar to jokes about Mikudayo, a nickname given to the full-body Hatsune Miku mascot costume.

Twitter / X^[1] user @html_sushi posted a photo of a man's eye showing through the netted eye socket of a giant bee costume, which is the mascot of the Filipino fast-food chain Jollibee. The photo was posted without a caption on January 5th, 2025, and gathered over 405,000 likes in three days.

One of the first internet users to post a piece of art inspired by the Blursed Jollibee Mascot Suit was X^[2] user @n0cturnalcm, whose January 6th, 2024 fan art of Nikolai Gogol from Bungo Stray Dogs gathered over 1,000 likes in two days.
