Dragon Ball - Instant Birth

Plot convenience device. You guys should be used to it after watching Dragon Ball for years. The name of the show is a plot device in-universe.

This happened in a D&D game of mine, good story. Another player's npc wife was having birthing problems, and we were short a healer that week. Nothing a little arcane fuckery couldn't fix. A little blind reaching and a Smoky Confinement spell later and that baby queefed right out.
