The bottom panel pretty much shows why incest is still widely discouraged in real life; their offspring would have a staggeringly huge risk of getting more of the bad recessive genes since their parents, being family members in the same gene pool with near identical genetic structures, would combine their recessive genes like magnets, leaving their poor child with a lot of health problems like poor ol Charles II of Spain.
