I think "irredeemable" is a bit of a stretch but yeah she was a massive shit head for the longest time.
Pretty sure the catalyst for all her actual growth as a person was meeting Greg, because the person in that tape she left Steven is completely different from everything we've seen of her from before that tape was made.
