Who wastes bottled water on a plant? That shit ain’t cheap.

To be fair, considering the way it's made, the large amounts that is stored in and how much this stuff attracts rodents, having it be completely free of rat shit would be highly impractical at best, just plain impossible at worst. By demanding it be completely free, you could do more harm that good by making food way more expensive to produce due to the extensive clean-up procedures that it would have to go through.
