They may be a huge restaurant chain, but they make their fries from scratch. Unfortunately, your mind has been added by McDonalds microplastic flavored fries, thinking your fries have to be overly crunchy and taste nothing like potate, but Five Guys has a method that works, with many awards to prove it. I'm sorry you don't like that Five guys has fries with a mashed potato texture and not a crunchy uncooked one, but they were able to master not one, but two types of fries. Yeah, they have two types.
