I've seen so many people saying "OW! HER POOR BACK!" to female super hero characters with big boobs, even if said heroines have shown feats of super strength that involve them lifting hundreds if not thousands of tons. They'll suspend their disbelief that a super heroine can lift a car or a building or a mountain or even a star, but for some reason they can't believe that she can walk around with big boobs with out her poor back giving out.

And before you say "But you can't ignore ALL the rules of reality-"

Again, if a female character is strong enough to lift literal tons, she's more than strong enough to carry the weight of her own breasts.
