Dood we all know Chris was the actual villain.

Heather at had a feudean excuse for her cruel actions AND had a couple of rare pet the dog moments in later seasons.

Chris, on the other hand, gleefully continuously endangered the lives of teenagers for the sake of entertainment (personally his own). I mean there is a reason why he is in jail . . . well its for the toxic waste but still.
