Man I love all the Robotnik incarnations, and edgy evil 90's robotnik from the comics still holds a special place in my heart. An unrepentant, repugnant petty wretch of a man. Even with his odd goofy build he could put dread into a scene with his eyes and horrific smile. The only family he had, he treated like trash, a disposable pawn without an iota of empathy. Literally stripped away the flesh and humanity of his victims and left them as hollow metallic husks. He felt like an actual threat.

An absolutely disgusting character, but he made a damn great villain.
