I think he'd be too distressed by her "otherness" to live on the same block as her without severe discomfort, much less in the same building, let alone utter her name--if, by chance, he heard it spoken.

He'd probably feature her race in a book though, a cult of scary catgirls who speak maddening words to open a door for beings not of this world. A race of people made by an Eldritch being who tainted the less good and decent people of this world, that they might twist and pervert all the rest of the world by tricking better people into caring for them, one at a time.
