Webcomics - An important Difference

It's tricky to explain, but the guy on the right has a rainbow button. He's equating pedophilia with a sexuality, like homosexuality or bisexuality. And in a way, pedophilia is sort of a sexual orientation, but it's not one that the individual or society should accept. The guy is saying it's "my sexuality" and "just the way I am" as though it is a part of himself that others should come to terms with, like homosexuality. But that's just not something we can do with pedophilia. So that's the difference: guy on the left sees it as a problem that needs treatment, guy on the right sees it as a sexual preference that needs acceptance.

What a versatile and convenient decision to have the same building serve as both a therapy center and a prison indicated by a flip sign.
