It's not in this specific image but in the source, there are a lot of images that show her having what the FGC calls a "scrub mentality".

In a lay man's terms, it's thinking you're hot shit and being a prick when you're winning (i.e. "lol are you even trying ?" or "get rekt noob, get back to training"), but throwing a pissy fit when you lose and calling the other guy plenty of colorful names like "trash", "spammer", "tierwhore" and the like.

I saw the artist on Twitter saying something about her level at fighting games : "she's better than the best casual, but worse than the worst competitor", which is fitting since a lot of people who have the scrub mentality fall right in this category.
