The very fact that you're left with the choice between "Bad" and "The Worst" is indicative of a much larger problem that needs to be resolved if the situation is to ever improve.
But the problem is that people are made to believe that they have to be content with the Bad choice since it is better than The Worst.

No, they're not. Biden is far from a perfect politician, but compared to Trump, one of the worst and most dangerous politicians the US has produced in two and half centuries of history, Biden is practically a godsend. Biden does not actively seek to damage long-standing US traditions of democracy like Trump does, not does he actively make the most pressing existential issue of our times, climate change, worse. There are innumerable other political and moral issues with Trump, but I think those two illustrate it best.

Biden is a flawed figure, but painting him as identical to Trump is simply stupid and irresponsible. Trump is clearly worse than him in almost every way. Criticize his policies as you wish, but Biden is not an existential threat to American democracy.
