The real problem is championing there being a "Ideal masculine form" outside of theoretical areas. The second you make being the ideal a thing people are supposed to do, genetic disparities mean otherwise perfectly healthy individuals are shamed for things outside of your control. Being tall, having a strong jawline, things like this are empty signifiers that basically exist to prop up people who win a genetic lottery and shame people for not having them.
