I then looked up on Quora and someone made a good point about the normal Peter Parker

What with Aunt May (and presumably Uncle Ben) having been a somewhat serious Christian and Peter usually praying in a christian manner as well as making Biblical allusions. Finally when Peter had a crisis of faith he has been observed going to a Christian church. So in conclusion Peter Parker/Spider-Man is not Jewish but rather is a (somewhat nominal) Christian."

So my verdict would be that Peter B. Parker from Spider-Verse might be Jewish, and the regular Peter Parker, and Raimi Parker are Christians.
