So, I'm not a Japanese school girl (I know, shocking!) but even for a young girl, 13kg shouldn't be heavy at all. You can comfortably carry that thing with one arm, let alone two.

13kg is also on the light side for amps. A tube combo with a 12" speaker weights about double that.
