I'm pretty sure that isn't a "QUALITY" moment, n IIRC Horses are a hell to draw and even more to animate, heck the there's even histories of animes/animated media series/seasons that have been cancelled do to it's source material containing horses, and why most shows have battles that are on horseback made static or CG.

So TLDR In my eyes I see this as an absolute win for even having animated horses.
