Religious parents gave my child a Bible for Christmas We were opening presents on FaceTime (they live far away and I haven't seen them in person for almost a year for a few reasons) and one of the presents my 2 year old opened from them was a Bible. He immediately asked me to read it because that's what he does with every book he unwraps. I deflected and said we'd read it later and didn't say anything directly to my parents. I don't know how to handle this- should I say anything to them at all? Or should I just put the book away and ignore that it ever happened? That's the tactic l've used before, but that just leads to them continuing to give him religious gifts. Father teach me NO00!!! They're fairytales the word of God
