Control Your F------ Kids I am away on a work trip currently and was enjoying a nice breakfast at the hotel this morning. For hotels the breakfast was outstanding and I had been looking forward to it since last night. There was 4 kids all under the age of 10 without parents (will get to that later) with a few coughing quite loudly as I was trying to enjoy my breakfast. I heard the mom say to who I assume was the oldest of the kids "will you clean everyone up while mommy works out" as if this poor little guy had a choice. I was eating my breakfast and there was a bar at the hotel and as I was sitting there enjoying my breakfast one of the little whipper snappers (who was like 4) looks directly at me and coughs loud. I was annoyed as f--- at this point because of this idiot of a mother and said "bro turn around You do not have entitlement because you have kids. F--- your workout at a hotel while your kids are eating and last but not least- CONTROL YOUR F------ KIDS My frustration is with saying to a kid and not being remotely grateful to be the parent of the family which you deem inferior to your Sunday morning workout while being coughed on by a kid who could be sick with god knows what

a 2 7 00 ✰✰✰✰ 35 minutes ago What makes 11:59 PM this magical time for a 24/7 facility, where hours upon hours of additional care is not a factor for what you will be charged but the time it says it is on the wall is? For our most recent visit, you wouldn't be flexible about 40 minutes of time due to a delayed flight and insisted on charging for an additional 24 hours of care. Saying that drop off time never factors into the charges but pick up time is 11:59 PM hard and fixed is strange and punative for a 24 hour business. a dog dropped off early is given hours and hours of additional care for no change in charge, but a dog picked up 40 minutes after midnight is charged for an entire full day. And don't mention your extremely generous pick up policy in your reply because that is not what I am debating or questioning. If my flight was due to land at 2 PM and was 8 hours late I would still be charged the same and you have the dog for hours more. If my flight was due to land at 11:30 PM but was 30 minutes late, that is way less time you are actually providing care to the dog but the customer is charged an entire days worth. From April 23rd 2021 thru June 24th 2022, I have paid $1,715 dollars to your business Assume lives to be about 14/15 --- that's roughly $22k of future spend, all of which will now go to another business ess Manager Dear Karen Crabapple, What makes 3pm special at a hotel or any checkout time special at any business? As was repeatedly explained to you, if you can find a more lenient policy at any other facility where you could pick up at almost 1am without paying for another day, please let us know and we will happily refund you. But thank you for bringing our generous checkout time to everyone's attention :) The truth is your treatment of our staff and general attitude are why we did not offer any leniency in your case.
