May 4, 2020 Karen Karens We hope that you, and your overall family are well. These certainly are difficult times for us all. I'm sorry that you have been hearing noises. We are truly cognizant that sound travels in our building. We have a family with two children and maybe a piano above us. In addition, we have been hearing a periodic screaming through the ventilation system during the day and evening hours. We have no idea where it is coming from ... it could be anywhere the pipes lead. I do want you to know that when Doorman called us last week, we were in bed sleeping. Last night, we were in bed by 9:30. We generally are in bed between 9:30 and 10:00. Not that you want to know our schedule, but we participate in the 7:00 pm cheer, eat dinner, clean up, and are watching TV by 8. IOP who is now almost 12 (don't worry, no birthday party this year), goes to her room to play on her Xbox. She is way beyond a banging or jumping stage. So, I'm not exactly sure what you are hearing, but I trust you are hearing something. Therefore, contacted the Board President, to let him know of the issue and also about the screaming we have been hearing. In this very difficult time, it is truly important for us to be empathic and compassionate members of a community. Chatter Seeking information about banking practices. I went to pay a bill electronically. The bill was for $3200. The money was in my account. Webster refused to allow the transaction due to it being over $2500. Webster informed I need their permission to spend over $2500. There excuse/explanation was "it's for your protection. Cards can be stolen, we just want to make sure the transaction is legitimate." Let that sink in. At Webster one needs permission from Webster to spend ones money if the payment is over $2500. I worked hard for my money. I don't require Webster Banks approval to spend it. Cards/info can be stolen virtually anywhere now, so how is withholding my money protecting me? It now looks like I can't afford to pay my bills. I used a credit card but there's interest that will have to be paid if I don't pay it off right away. If Webster really cared about fraud protection they would contact me "are you trying pay $3200, just checking to make sure it's you" That would be protecting my money & it would also be appreciated. My question is do other banks do this? How is it not fraud? I'm in disbelief that it is legal for a bank to refuse to pay a bill when the money is in the account. B 18 Q 107

AND a Poisonous Water Moccassin Cotton Mouth literally chased after my daughter. when we were near the canoes and kayak launch point by the water! she is lucky to be alive!! The place is swarming with Mosquitoes which can carry ZIKA virus so avoid this place if you're. a young woman who might want to have a baby someday because Zika Virus causes mental retardation in babies! The alligators in the creek can be very aggressive and the kayaks tip over easily! Take out a month ago I drove 30 minutes to this location on my birthday, expecting to grab my free bundtlet and finish my celebration on a good note. I arrived at 7:50 PM, ten minutes before their posted 8:00 PM closing time. After sitting in my car briefly, I went to the door and found it already locked. If the store advertises that it closes at 8:00 PM, the doors should not be locked early. As I stood there, an employee noticed me and came to the door, only to tell me they were no longer serving customers. I even explained that I just needed to pick up my birthday bundtlet, which would have taken no more than a couple of minutes, but was still turned away. It was especially disappointing given the occasion and the fact that I drove 30 minutes for what should have been a quick visit. If the store plans to stop serving customers before the posted closing time, the hours should be updated accordingly. Locking the doors early and turning customers away is frustrating and misleading. Called them to say what we had, only received an apology. Called back the next evening to ask if they would replace the chicken balls and salt pepper chips, and only asked for a curry sauce.
