Yes it is exactly who it looks like. See, I'm really liking this one idea I had for Charlie and I would like to use it as a plot point in a story down the road. Thing is though the story I had in mind doesn't use third party characters so I'm gonna need a discount proxy.

As such I just thought up a "Not Charlie" that was just a more ambiguous embodiment of death….ended up looking like the result of Charlie having an affair with Disney Hades (yeah have fun with that horrifying image). I hope Vaggie never finds out about this XDXDXDXDXD
