From what I can gather, KYM has a limit on how many comments a user is allowed to make within a given 24-hour time period. I get why the cap is there -- it's clearly a check against bad-faith nonsense-spewing spammers -- but some sort of indication of when a user is allowed to make more comments or how many more comments a user is allowed in a day would be nice. (Also, does this only apply to accounts under a certain age? I'm honestly not sure.)
