I dont follow vtubers that much but from what I understand : Yes , her graduation was already decided and planed , however, it is now taking place much MUCH earlier than expected , this is mostly due to harassment and while its true she was gonna go eventually the thing is it didnt had to be like this.

people claiming she was gonna go anyway and that the harasment didnt matter reek of wanting to brush the constant harasment she recived under the rug, because they know what they did , they know what they said, but they fail to forget , the internet doesnt forget.

The harassment that led up to her graduation is inexcusable but her plans to graduate preceded that incident. Pika chose to leave on good terms with VOMS. Her departure shouldn't be used as fuel for the boycott/harassment argument.
