From what I'm hearing that's a "no," the controversy is that in interviews promoting the movie you've got people who worked on it using it as a jumping off point to discuss QAnon conspiracies. Maybe I should have worded my example better. Imagine if someone made a movie about 9/11 where the movie itself is presented as a documentary or at least a dramatization of real life events (oh in fact one does exist, it's called "World Trade Center" from 2006 and I just remembered I did in fact see that movie with my dad back then), BUT in interviews to promote the movie you've got the people who worked on the film unironically spouting "George Bush and the Illuminati did 9/11."

And by the by, and this is NOT directed at you Hyval, how about you cowards downvoting me actually respond to my comment instead of hiding?

Based on a true story, yes, but does the movie have anything to do with QAnon? No? Then why the hell are people behind the movie using this film to springboard into QAnon crap? Hell another comment on the main page even had someone point out "the irony is the dude this movie is based on has decried QAnon conspiracies."
