Then you can try with a hammer but be gentle and use a folded up thick towel over the place you strike. this is way too much work for a defective product i'm not sure why i should be required to do hours of labor for this? 8 minutes ago Alex sorry for the inconvenience caused! but my hands are tied! if you are not living alone, I suggest you asking some men to help you out.
