Some galleries are downright unwatchable because of how much trash these bots post, like the Jojo gallery that is 99% unrelated images because the bot just grabs whatever gets posted, with no filtering or quality control.

I really wonder if the ad money pays for the storage of all these reddit reposts. You can even accurately predict the next "25 reposts we stole from reddit reposts" on the front page by looking at whatever the bots post on the recent images. (It will be some shit about ads in products)

I can excuse people like the guy that the only purpose in life is to post every single piece of Godzilla or dinosaur media, but do we need THREE bots scouring reddit frontpage?

Reminds me of the one incident where some truly ancient site deleted their oldest content in a deliberate, open attempt to game the SEO algorithm because "only people who publish new stuff get pushed up", the actual John Google, CEO of SEO actually replied to them this not how this fucking work and they have a track record of manually pushing down people who openly try to game the system. Plus lots of indexes are broken which is why probably an actual human replied at this point since now they have to make PageRank account for this chicanery.
