You might need to explain to me what you mean. All I know about Jessica Lynch is that she's a veteran from the Iraq War who was a POW for a while before getting rescued, and I think this photo of her may be a little old (not sure). She's not in a seat of political power, she's just a person who was in war and survived, which in itself is a major accomplishment to me (like both of my grandfathers).
