Doubtful. Mother 3 takes place several years after Mother 2/EarthBound seeing as Porky is an old man by then. That is also assuming that it takes place in the same world. Porky ended up traveling through time/space/dimensions at the end of EarthBound so it is plausible that he ended up in another world.
