Similar to Can This X Get More Fans Than Y?, Become A Fan To See X is a meme which originated on the popular social networking site Facebook.
This is a meme in which the user must click "Become A Fan" before they can see a picture.
In some cases, they may also have to take additional steps, such as inviting friends or posting a link to the page on their wall, before the image will finally be shown.
Many of these pages link to a Single-Serving Site, where the user must also complete a survey to unlock the image.
A simple Facebook search for "Become A Fan To See" returns over 500 results.
Many people have taken a hate to these pages, so there are lots of petitions to remove them.
