Kaster is a recent meme that is taking up forum sites by storm. By typing "define: kaster" in google search, you are greeted with this as the definition: "Kaster is a village in Belgium, part of the municipality of Anzegem. Recently, the town made headlines when a serial rapist dressed as a Blastoise Pokemon raped and killed 65 men." This definition was pasted on the Cheezburger Network's partner site artoftrolling.com, and soon became a rapidly distributed macro image that has the image of Blastoise with the caption "Kaster, Belgium/Rape and Kill". While obviously the work of trolls, this newly surfacing meme is definitely worth the lulz.
