The source of the image was from the first theatrical trailer of the movie "Avatar". With all the action packed scenes and epic music playing, a random clip of colonel Miles drinking out of a mug with little to no emotion appears. It's very out of place in the trailer because of his facial reaction compared to the Na'vis dying/ explosions around him. This has caused the scene to be photoshopped into other epic images as a source of hilarity. It is somewhat equivalent of the currently existing "cool story bro" meme. 4chans /t/ is the source of this meme and can be found on the ED page under "external links" included in this article.
