Foofy Tap is the meme that doubles as Dudey Tap's brother. Foofy is a Dudey look-a-like with a larger tongue and bigger pupils the color blue. Dudey and Foofy are both superstars that live in Hollywood, but Foofy is not as famous. Foofy is featured on google and is being featured in a new scratch game which will be uploaded on Know Your Meme. There is not much to know about Foofy because he is a mysterious character.
The new scratch game is called, The Tap Family, and that is on Google as well.This project also features Dudey and Foofy's sister, Oodi, who happens to be a world famous athlete and inventor of the Martial Art, Kwan Lo.
