This is a fairly new copypasta originating from 4chan's /b/ board. The origin of this came from a post on 4chan's /b/ board by a masochistic and presumably German man posting the following picture of himself, along with the text "humiliate me. taking orders mache alles" (mache alles being German for doing everything)

Naturally people on /b/ found this humorous and saved this picture and its accompanying text. Trolls have since created many threads with the same content in an attempt to trick unsuspecting anons into replying to said image.

A small number of variations have emerged, usually in the form of the normal text accompanied with an unrelated image, such as that of a cat or an alien as opposed to the original photo. The most common reply for these threads is the request of a timestamp, which may or may not be granted depending on the OP's photoshop skills.

Confusingly, the original poster of the image has been known to irregularly post on /b/, using the same image as in his original thread. He will provide new images of himself with a timestamp to those who request, and appears to show little if any regard for his status as a copypasta on the site.
