Origin
Omegle Warfere is a meme that started the “Ramirez do everything” meme.
It was started in the late 2009 by Anonymous on the /v/ board.
The rules stated:-----------------------------------------------------------
OMEGLE warfare 2
when you start chat, shout “STAR”
if no response, order your men to “STAY FROSTY”
if greeted with “TEXAS”, ask where their unit is
they should repond with “WHISKEY HOTEL”
if greeted with anything else order your men to “OPEN FIRE”
any punctuation alone is counted as a no response
if you encounter any pauses, your enemy is likely dead and you should order “RAMIREZ TAKE POINT”
if no response, that means you just got a kill
never order anyone other than Ramirez to take care of anything
if the coast is clear, order “WE’RE OSCAR MIKE”
press Disconnect to move to the next area
if your stranger disconnects, it is counted as a kill
however, if he catches on about mw2, you take a casualty
