As far as we can tell, A person by the name of "E. Guy" On Facebook posted the original image on his account saying when he was watching the pokemon episode where Brock makes that face and saw what appeared to be a SmileBrock.jpg version. A video recently appeared on YouTube with Scary Brock put in. Images of Scary Brock also appeared on meme generator. Scary Brock videos were quickly removed by YT saying that "The video's were too graphic" This photo is obviously photoshopped, and the original creator is being sought out.

This entry will more than likely be deadpooled. Oh well.
