Origin
The Tumblr site "Where's Randy Savage?"[9] was created by Michael Frankito[1] on December 24th, 2010. Since its launch, the blog has published over 203 original and user-submitted images featuring Randy Savage.
Precursor: Super Slam!
Long prior to the launch of Randy Savage tumblr, the celebrity pro-wrestler was subject to online parodies in 2005, when a group of YTMND users began creating Super Slam tribute sites[8] with iconic images of Randy Savage set to an extended remix of "Space Jam" soundtrack by the Quad City DJs.
Spread
Created on January 24th, 2011, the official Facebook Page for "Where's Randy Savage?"[2] has accumulated over 10,437 likes and 300 photos. The Tumblr blog has been featured by other blogs like FunnyOrDie[3], G4TV[4] and art/design blog Complex[5], as well as pro-wrestling forums like LOP Forum[6], Yuku's Nike Talk forum[7] and others.
