I didn’t really think this was funny. When I first learned of the word I pronounced it “mee-mee”. I mean I obviously learned fast that it was pronounced “meem”, but I would assume this would be a common mistake for first-time learners. And those “pronunciation manual” videos wouldn’t really help either, especially for foreigners.
