Wonderful Interaction with a Potential Employer

Interview/trial shift. I am still waiting upon the email we discussed regarding the details of the position/interview. If you don't have my email in hand I can be reached at s Hello, sorry I am not interested anymore. The way you described the position seems exploitative to the extreme. Especially when the wage you have offered is below the legal minimum wage with the "raised" wage also being below that threshold. I'm extremely disappointed that you find it ethical to offer such a difficult position with that little pay. I don't offer high pay until after the day trial. From experience, lots of ppl want to get pay more when they are not skilled and not efficient. I pay base on performance. I've paid workers 10 to 12 per hr because the brought a to the table. I don't advertise that. I alway start low and go high. It's work for us. Always be mindful of who you talk to, and how you talk. Read 16:35

OP Took a Job Offer, Then They Picked Someone Else

me 5:15 pm That is not right, you mentioned during the last call that you liked my answers and that you were ready to move forward and make an offer. You asked me of my availability and salary expectations and even lowballed me less than the amount I asked you for, even mentioning that you were going to come up with the performance incentive on top of the base and send the offer letter within the week. The narrative suddenly changed when I asked for a follow up yesterday. I would not drop out of my other interviews if you had told me you were still exploring. Let me reiterate that I am not interested in working with someone with this kind of ethics. I do not have faith in your capacity and word of honor as you might eventually end up going around into the same way you did this conversation. There is no point for us to stay connected. Please stop sending me anything.

Hopefully OP found something later, but considering they had to pull out of other interviews after accepting this spot, things probably aren't going great.
