There are few things as enjoyable as seeing someone try just a little bit too hard to compliment themselves when posting on their social media for all to see. It's funny because it reeks of insecurity. We may not be doing as well in life as they are (and they know it), but at least we have a bit of self-respect. Most people don't feel the need to flaunt every big thing that happens to us like it's something the people want to hear, knowing that it'll only make people annoyed. Unfortunately, "humble bragging" happens a little too often, and people don't seem to get that it's doing the opposite of making them look good.

For once, we wish people like this would stop bragging on social media. While we should always be proud of our accomplishments, it certainly shouldn't always come with a need to draw attention.
